Lexxwear follows a strict quality-check process. However, returns and exchanges are allowed only under defined conditions.
1. Eligible Cases
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- A wrong product was delivered
- The product was damaged on arrival
- The product is defective
- A size exchange is required (if applicable and stock permits)
2. Non-Eligible Cases
Returns and refunds are not accepted if:
- The product has been worn, washed, or altered
- The product has tags removed
- The return request is based on personal preference
- The return request is made after the allowed window
- The product was purchased under clearance or sale (unless damaged)
3. Return Request Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Share the order ID
- Provide image or video proof
- State the reason clearly
Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned product is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
6. Exchange Processing
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
