Lexxwear follows a strict quality-check process. However, returns and exchanges are allowed only under defined conditions.


1. Eligible Cases

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • A wrong product was delivered
  • The product was damaged on arrival
  • The product is defective
  • A size exchange is required (if applicable and stock permits)

2. Non-Eligible Cases

Returns and refunds are not accepted if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, or altered
  • The product has tags removed
  • The return request is based on personal preference
  • The return request is made after the allowed window
  • The product was purchased under clearance or sale (unless damaged)

3. Return Request Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share the order ID
  • Provide image or video proof
  • State the reason clearly

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.


5. Refund Processing

Once the returned product is received and approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

6. Exchange Processing

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
